Came here while on vacation with family, and we were so impressed and blown away by how good the food was! I'm from Texas so naturally Pluckers is one of my favorite chicken places, but this place was a wonderful substitute while we were out of the state! They have A LOT of different options and all of the ones we tried were amazing! I'm making sure to leave a review so we can find this place the next time we're in town!
Tried 4 sauce flavors (mango madness, & the traditional, fusion, and spicy buffalos) and they were all really good. Varying levels of spice and different enough flavors to not feel like a waste, and the waffle fries were solid. They only had the smaller size wings atm so they threw in extras for free, which was appreciated. They also have a wider variety of drinks available than expected. Would definitely come back.
First time at the Fullerton location, wings were nice and hot! They were extra saucy which is a plus. Spicy lemon pepper is my favorite thing here! Flaming Phoenix also a good kick, then spicy buffalo garlic. Next time I'm getting more lemon pepper and mango madness and garlic sesame. House was good but a bit too dominant in soy for me if you like that, then you'll love the wings. Great service and dip. Will be back!
The asian lady is super nice, always remembers my name and knows my order every time I go. The deep-fried fish is my favorite and go to every time I come there. The inside is clean and gives a nice warm feel after a long day at school.
The food is outstandingly delicious. Service was very very good and fast. Nice quiet place to take a lunch or eat dinner I highly recommend this spot.
These are seriously the best wings I have ever had in my life! They are big juicy and cooked to perfection! The corn fritters are good just not outstanding. I also got the zucchini which was a generous portion and pretty tasty! The staff are very friendly and helpful, suggesting what they would like and think is best! The restaurant is on the small side but is comfortable and clean, highly recommend this place if you like chicken wings!
Big thanks to Kathy! She was such a pleasure to meet and talk with. We came to this location because our SoCal in Orange recently closed down in lieu of new ownership. SoCal wings is my absolute favorite wing spot. There is no denying the level of quality in their wings and sauces. The best part is the level of consistency with flavor. I can't say enough about how much I love this spot. Today we tried some new flavors recommended by Kathy and they did NOT disappoint. Spicy lemon pepper - heavy on the favorite!! It was a solid lemon pepper wing but just made spicy. So flavorful too!! This is going to be on our list for sure. Honey Garlic sriracha - for the garlic gworls!! This flavor was so sweet and mildly spicy but very garlicky and tasted amazing with the ranch! The spicy BBQ still stands as our all time favorite flavor but we are still working our way through the menu. Love SoCal wings and love this location!
We were already in this plaza & wanted to try something new so we opted for this place. Upon walking in, the girl at the register didn't seem to friendly - after a quick ordering encounter, definitely confirm that she wasn't too friendly. We got a chicken sandwich combo & the buffalo chicken fries. The food did take a minute to come out but everything did seem freshly cooked. The older lady that came out with plates & stuff was very nice. The chicken sandwich consisted of 2 super large tenders. The chicken was super moist but still crunchy and flavorful. The fries weren't too memorable. Would like to come back & try the wings though. People were coming & going a lot so I'm assuming people must like this spot. Maybe she was just having an off day but still, front facing job = fake it til you make it.
Decided to Doordash last night and felt like wings. I ordered the socal fries with the chicken bites on top and the lemon pepper wings. The fries were still hot and good upon delivery. My only complaint is I would have like the chicken bites to be more tender. The wings were awesome and soooo big! I only got 5 and couldn't finish them all. I got lemon pepper but it wasn't the regular lemon pepper... something about it was different but good!
